PLACES - a new play by Romy Nordlinger, Directed by Katie McHugh Review

From Tsarist Russia to Broadway to the highest paid silent movie star, Alla Nazimova was the first female director and producer in Hollywood. Rags to riches to lesbian legend, she defied the moral and artistic codes of her time. A trailblazer pushed into obscurity – Nazimova will not be silenced. Nazzy rises once more to speak in this postmodern multimedia production, PLACES, written and performed by Romy Nordlinger, developed and directed by Katie McHugh, musical composition by Nick T. Moore, video design by Adam Burns.
